II. CARE INSTRUCTION

• Wash inside out in cold/warm water on a delicate cycle.
• Do not bleach or tumble dry
• Products are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
• Turn product inside out before washing.

III. USEFUL INFORMATION

• Relaxed fit; size up for an oversized look.
• Sizing has a tolerance of +/- 1 inch.
• Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
• If you are unsure about the coloring, please refer to our mockup photos on each listing.
• Graphics may not match with some shirt colors, this causes the design to not be visible on the shirt. So we advise you to consider carefully before choosing a shirt color. If the design is too subdued on the color of the shirt you purchased, we will adjust it to create the best finished product.

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1- Processing time:

• Orders will be shipped from Vietnam.
• The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 - 10 business days.
• With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 - 4 weeks.

To determine your spacebar size, you need to measure the length of the spacebar keycap in millimeters and divide it by 19. This will give you the unit size of your spacebar. For example, if your spacebar is 114 mm long, then your spacebar size is 114/19 = 6u. Our spacebar size ranges from 5.57u to 7u, so you can choose the one that fits your keyboard best.

2. How do I know if your keycaps fit my mechanical keyboard?

Our keycaps are compatible with Cherry MX switches & clones in terms of switch types and SA/OEM in terms of keycap profile. These are the most common and popular types of switches and profiles in the mechanical keyboard market. However, some keyboards may have different layouts or sizes that may not match our keycaps. To provide you with better support, kindly email us with your keyboard model and we will check the compatibility for you.

3. What is a "keyboard profile"?

A "keybcap profile" typically refers to the physical shape or design of a keyboard, particularly the arrangement and height of the keys. Different keyboard profiles can affect the typing experience and ergonomics, with common profiles including flat, low-profile, and sculpted designs. Additionally, in the context of mechanical keyboards, "keyboard profile" may also refer to the shape of the keycaps, such as OEM, Cherry, DSA, SA, or other profiles, each offering different keycap heights and shapes.

4. What is the estimated custom time?

For custom orders such as Pokémon keycaps, custom night lights or wrist rests, the processing time extends to 3 to 4 weeks.
